Really taking things up a gear with this upload.
Ok mate, just seen this, and looks like a decent platformer puzzler here. I might look out for it, thanks for sharing dude 👍
@@stewsretroreviews Its not a bad game. I had never heard of it, and was pleasantly surprised. Have to say though that I’m easy to impress, as I like playing the weirdest games that no one else would spend time on. I love simple games like Snake and City Bomber, and that stuff, I’m weird I know 🤣
Surprising how bad this port looks, the clone Ocean did (called Pogo) looks wayy better!
@@fran5678can Yes, Pogo is much better, so is Pi-Balled from Automata, but this was only a prototype, it wasn’t released, but I think coming from Parker many would have bought it back then, and been disappointed.
there a download link or know where i can get the rom?
@@zehn39 Try do a search for it on archive, all roms are there. I don’t think its allowed or possible to put a direct link here, sorry 😔
@@ZXFrankie internet archive or another mame archive?
@@zehn39 archive.org, but just do a goggle search for ‘mame rom set (merged)’ and choose first link 😀
The opening jingle would make a nice text tone.
Indeed, I've played this so much in the arcades and under emulation, sometimes I had a hard time getting the tune put of my head LOL
Seems pretty cool game I'd enjoy n 90's
Yeah, but I just can't manage to do something naughty, and get the naughtymeter going up. The first Nipper game was better I think :-)
OMG! Look out Jack! Here comes a big black witch doctor with a big bone through his nose!
Would probably not be accepted today :-)
@@ZXFrankie I would accept it twice as hard.
These sounds are just sooooooo delightful.
Deceptively simple idea at first glance but an amazingly addictive game!
@@seraphinberktold7087 Rally X is my favourite arcade game, so I was really pleased to finally see a good version of it for the Spectrum.
They don't name 'em like they used to.
@@apu_apustaja True, always liked the title of this game. Don’t think they would consider doing a game involving laundry these days 🤣
pac man of the cartoons and pngs google be like
Looks just like the cover art of the game!
@@isaiahsantellan8877 Looks amazing 😀

I for one welcome our new Amoeba overlords.

Pac-Man at the end of every maze looks like he got a bit too 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 with the ghosts
He did 😄
Nice to see you joining this very addictive "Tetris"-style game!!! Nice score!!! Now you give me a task to break that score, I hope someone else will join us at this game and I think it could be el_pasi!!!
😮😅😅😅
Ghosts names: Blinky Clyde Sue Funky
Jet Set Wimpy
Shame its so full of bugs 😔
Love thie one ;-)
Fun game indeed 😊
never seen anyone get past level 5 lol
One of those annoying one more go games, as you just can’t accept that it is that difficult. It looks so easy 😊
@@ZXFrankie I remember playing it 35 years ago....or more. I dont think it had any levels past 5 as it was impossible
@@taffymackem2596 I must see if I can find any evidence for that. Evil just evil only programming 5 levels, and making the last one impossible 🙂
@@ZXFrankie Aw wish you could to put my mind at rest!! I remember looking at all the 'text' in the program and not being able to find the wording 'level 6' 🤣
@@taffymackem2596 You are probably right. I might give it a few more goes sometime soon 🙂
why is he such a 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓀𝓎 guy
Very freaky indeed. Great game 😀
It always used to make me laugh when PacMan's wife called him "Paccy". That word sounded like something else to people in England.
In the Saturday morning cartoon I mean.
@@apu_apustaja Can’t say I know what you think about, but if its something rude better not repeat it here 😂
Another game I need to buy !
Don’t know if it was released, but its on a Your Sinclair covertape 😀
He slimed me Ray!
Yes, good movie, and great game 😀
Filmed in super poe-tay-toe-vision
Wow, very early title, right?
Yes, 1983, not the best game by Rabbit or John F. Cain, but enjoyable 😀
Great walkthrough 😊 😊
Thank you 😀
There is something so distinctive and special about spectrum sound. The C64 was objectively better, but somehow nothing quite says "8 bit" like a speccy fart noise.
Don’t know if its because I had a Spectrum back then, but I find the sound the less important in a computer game, so I don’t mind the farts 🤣 Can’t even remember the sounds of this game right now, so it can’t have been to impressive, but I like the gameplay. Would have been great with more levels though 😀
@@ZXFrankie For me it's not a matter of not minding the farts, but rather of loving them. :)
Now THIS was a game.
Yes indeed, but I do prefer Bomb Jack I, which is a great conversion 🙂
Good job. You'd get an even higher score if you made better use of the meat.
Thanks, never played this much on any format, so a lot I still don’t know about the game 😀
The man from Del Monte ...he says yes!!!
Most excellent!
Brilliant!!!!
Thank you 🙂
Marvellous!
GREAT game.
A baby walking home on its own, through obstacle courses and underground dungeons packed to the brim with health hazards and dangerous creatures, including a bird whose droppings are high explosives. Is this "Doomguy: the Early Years"?
Everything is possible in computer/video games 😀 I love this game 😀
Epic. <3
An Afterburner wannabee, but I’m not quite as bas at this one as with Afterburner 😀
@@ZXFrankie
I *INSIST* that you now change your name to C64Frankie
Nah 🤣
@@ZXFrankie OK. I take it back.
@@apu_apustaja Too late 😂😉
Good to see someone playing my game! I wrote this when I was a 16 years old schoolboy and my friend helped out with the polyphonic sound and graphics - well 8x8 pixel characters as they are on the spectrum. There are forty levels and a cheat mode where after entering a password you hold down the level number in binary using the number buttons - unfortunately I cannot remember the password to get into cheat mode - too many years have passed. The game itself is less than 4K of Z80 assembler - the rest being graphics. I wrote it using an assembler program called OCP and it took just over a week to code it all up.
Very nice. I love this type of game, but didn’t know yours back then. Played Ocean’s Transversion a lot which is the same type of game. Would you tell me the full name of your friend, as all we have at spectrumcomputing.co.uk is Adam? 😊 Would you mind if I pass on these infos to them to go on the website? I’m sure someone can look up the code, and dig out the Password.
Targetting system screwed up.
Very good goodness.
Profound excellence.
Very much awesome.
Controls are a little annoying, but other than that, fun idea for a game 😀
Well done mate for your amazing Speccy-games collection!!!! You should be proud of it!!! Cheers!!!
Thanks, remember to watch it. Made a little quiz for this one 😀
@@ZXFrankie I will of course!!! When exactly it starts?
@@aca0808 Should be 20:00 CET 😀
Fancy meeting you here 😂
Hmm...
Massive love.
